Diamond Appreciation Course

It is the first of its kind offered in Ireland as an evening class. The course will appeal to a broad spectrum of people who are interested in diamonds. It is designed for the absolute beginner, in particular those looking to make their first purchase. It also caters for those with a grasp of the 4C’s, who are looking for a greater understanding of diamonds and diamond jewellery. This course covers, the 4Cs – cut, colour, clarity and carat. It also covers, how to pick a good diamond, the care of diamonds, how to use a diamond loupe/magnifier and the cleaning and maintaining of diamond jewellery. Limited to eight participants to enable hands on learning.
